I work in land and ranch sales in Park county. What type of scenario are you seeing in Aspen for this niche market.

It sorta depends on whom I'm talking with....some realtors I talk with are doing well selling property, others aren't having as much luck. In general, Colorado has slowed down (we've noticed a big slowdown over the summer), but if a property is priced to sell and in a good location, there are buyers looking for good value. It's just much harder work finding the buyers, and the agents that spend the money to market the properties will succeed in the end. I am seeing alot more seller-financed marketing to pay for the advertising.
